We continue caring, and to ensure our customers enjoy living in their new home we offer exemplary after-sales care.

All our homes are constructed under strict monitoring with the local authority and NHBC Insurance, who provide a 10 year guarantee.

  • Before legal completion, we survey all new homes with the purchaser and confirm that there are no outstanding issues, in readiness for completion.


  • On the day of legal completion, our Operations Director inspects the property with the purchaser, and explains all of the technical issues and warranties. They also receive a leather bound completion manual, containing all the relevant information about their new home.


  • On completion, purchasers are given a dedicated after sales service phone number. Within 45 days of completion, we visit the purchaser in their new home to ensure that they are satisfied.


  • Twelve months after completion, our Development Director will visit the purchaser to check that all is well, and schedule any further works that may be required.


  • All new homes come with a NHBC 10 year guarantee. NHBC will have monitored the build process from Foundation to final completion. NHBC Homeowners manual are provided on completion, together with full guarantee information.
