Lord Montague is Chairman of all the Group's companies.

Aziz Mansour, Managing Director
Aziz is a serial entrepreneur who has formed many successful companies, including United Management Systems and its subsidiaries. Of particular note is Commodore International Travel, which is the 15th largest travel agency in the UK, and in 2007 turned over £50,000,000.

Kirit Patel FCA, Financial Director
Kirit has been with the Group since 1984, and has an unrivalled understanding of finance. He is closely involved in all financial matters and the active management of the Group's debt and equity capital.

Derek Foster, Quality Director
Derek joined the Group in 1989 from Midland Bank. He has an extensive background in finance and is responsible for maintaining the Group's quality standards.

Joseph Mansour BSc MSc, Operations Director
Joseph joined Commodore in 2005 following the sale of his property consultancy to a leading estate agent. He is largely involved in the day to day running of the business.

Tamer El-Maghraby BSc MSc, Development Director
Tamer joined Commodore's UK operations in 2006. Before this he was based in the Middle East, where he oversaw projects in Dubai, Lebanon and Egypt. He is a qualified structural engineer and has a degree in project management.

Steven Baker, Acquisitions Manager
Steven joined Commodore in 2008. His background is in land agency, and he is responsible for the identification, appraisal and acquisition of development opportunities within Greater London.

Liang-Thien Wong BSc MBA, IT Manager
Liang joined the Group in 2005. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of IT and uses his skill to plan and project manage the Group’s IT initiatives.

Katerina Pavlou BSc, Administrator
Katerina has been with the Group since 1984 and is responsible for all office related administrational matters.
